Warranty - Unless otherwise specified, warranty period is 12 months after a product is shipped to the customer. Extended warranty program is available. Please contact us for more information.

Returns - If a product is found defective, please call our customer service department at 408-988-6616 or email to powerpro@trumpower.com to obtain an RMA # before sending it in for repair. All returns must be properly packed and shipped freight prepaid.

Refund - Within 30 days after a product is purchased, if the product is found incompliant with its specifications, the customer may call our customer service department at 408-988-6616 for a replacement or a refund. For a refund, the product must be put in its original package with all the manuals and accessories (if any) included. Shipping and handling charge is not refundable. This refund policy does not apply to modified or custom products.
